Job Openings in Children, Youth, and Family Ministries
First Baptist Church of the City of Washington, DC, is searching for creative and gifted individuals who will lead and serve in the area of ministry to infants/preschoolers, children, teenagers, and their families. These positions will help our church fulfill our calling in Washington:

Program Director for Youth
This part-time position (15 hours/week) will lead and nurture the faith formation of our teenagers in grades six through twelve. The Program Director for Youth will serve as the outward-facing presence of First Baptist Church for youth and their families. Download the job description.
Program Director for Children
This part-time position (15 hours/week) will lead and nurture the faith formation of our youngest members, from infants through fifth grade. Inclusion Support Aide
This part-time position (3-5 hours/week) will report to the Program Director for Youth. The primary purpose is to support the inclusion and participation of teenagers who benefit from additional assistance in our youth programs. Download the job description.
