D'Oniece Shaw Dillard, Church Administrator
D’O Dillard has been the Church Administrator since September, 2009. A New York City native, her interests include attending plays and concerts, sports (baseball and football) and traveling. D’O earned a BA in History from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY and an MA in Communication from Trinity, Washington. She is also a member of the Association for Women in Communications.
Jean Weber, Administrative Assistant
Jean Weber is from Pennsylvania and has worked with First Baptist Church for over seven years. She earned a Masters degree in Religious Education from Wesley Theological Seminary. Jean's hobbies include arts and crafts, watching the Washington Redskins, and photography.
Steve Hunter, Building Engineer
Steve has been with First Baptist Church since 1973. A native of Virginia, Steve has also lived in both Japan and Germany. Steve holds a 2-year degree in Engineering Electronic Technology from the Virginia Commonwealth University. His hobbies include listening to classical music and bicycling.
Carolyn B-Roebuck, Child Development Center Director
Carolyn B-Roebuck has been at the FBC-CDC for over 22 years. During her years at the CDC she has held the titles of Coordinator, Assistant Director, Director, and Lead Teacher. Of all these positions, she considers her “true calling” to be in teaching the children. Being with the children every day puts a smile on her face and she enjoys the opportunity to nurture and see how the children grow and develop. Her undergraduate studies were in Education and Applied Psychology, and her hobbies are reading, sewing, traveling and being with her family.
Rev. Lee Fox, Director of Support Ministries
Lee Fox grew up in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Pigeon Forge, TN. Lee and his wife Robin were married in 1983 and have one son, Justin. Lee has served on staff and pastored churches in Tennessee and Texas and is a graduate of Carson-Newman University and George W. Truett Theological Seminary. Lee and Robin enjoy hiking, camping and traveling to different parts of the world.
